Welp, ordered a new (used) tailgate from eBay.
Saw one client yesterday. Made $250. Sweet. Proceeded to spend it backing out of my parking lot. Not sweet.

And i work Fridays rarely so i'm okay with an occasional one here and there to help the team. Many of them are out of town contractors,they go home every 6 weeks. The weeks they don't go home they work long hours, weekends etc...

Hourly works good because it forces me to go to work :icon17: my neighbour is a teacher and always talks about his sick days and personal days etc... I know for me personally that would be bad, I would use up all my day within 1-2 months :rofl2:

So it snowed on Monday and was in the low 20s/high 30s earlier in the week and today we are expecting 60s and strong T-storms. My tolerance is less and less for Chicago weather each coming year...
