Whether or not your tie has a dimple really depends on a) how wide the tie is, b) how thick or thin the material is, and c) what style of knot and how tight you tie it.
If you wear a wide silk tie with a tight half-Windsor, then yeah, you're gonna have a dimple. A more modern slim or skinny tie, especially in a heavier fabric, will not.

yep, im not really into fashion, but when i tie my tie, there is no dimple. :)

I don't know, I sort of like the tie dimple. I use a four-in-hand knot usually.

Bastard.

My tube was in for more than a week. I think it was growing attached to me. The doctor says "Take a deep breath and I'll do the rest" -- then it was YANK!!!!. It felt like getting kicked in the you-know-where.

At least you got a warning and could prepare (a little)! :icon17: :eekdance:

Wondering when button down shirts became button "up"?
I guess it's more positive.

I just finished washing the Z :happydance:

It's supposed to rain all weekend, so I came home early to mow the yard (new mower is awesome!). I finished up the yard and although it was cloudy, the clouds weren't really dark. The Z was pretty dusty, so I decided to give her a bath. As I started drying the roof, it started sprinkling. I said hell no and immediately pulled the car into the garage. A few minutes later and it was raining pretty hard. I'll have to clean the wheels later, but getting all this done frees me up to install the short shifter tomorrow :excited:

That's a classic knot!
Now if you'd just put pants on.
