Good job!

LMBmikeZ 11-04-2013 06:54 PM

I like working out at night to. I do it 4 nights after work monday to thursday normally and then depending the time of year I have 1-2 days with lacrosse. Normally one of which is on the weekend

Feels so much better to exercise rather then skip it, at least after you do it :icon17:

:iagree: I am always stressing that to my dad and friends with an "office/desk job" that they really need to be getting there exercise! No joke!

My job I could probably get away without it a lot of days but I do it anyway  It is all about getting that blood flowing. No matter how you do it. As long as you get that heart rate up for at least 20 mins 3-4 times a week you will live much healthier life

This Courtyard hotel room I am in looks just like the last one -- and the one before that.

How was everyone's day?

I got some twisty road driving in today -- with little to no traffic.

It made me happy.
