yes yes get the PS4! supposed to blow Microsoft's Xbox 1 out of the water. from what ive heard. supposed to top sales when its released, and Xbox 1 comes out a week or 2 earlier than the PS4, Sony's expected tho to topple Xbox in sales. when they come out next month ( I heard )

My choice is Xbox One for online gaming. The pole thread in my signature is full of info on them both. PS4 has more preorders but I think after a year they will have similar sales. I have 9 total of the two preordered. Keeping two XB1s and one PS4.

we prefer Playstation, I guess it all depends on personal preference lol

I also have stock invested into sony, as a seasonal stock, due to the PS4 coming out near next month, which is near Christmas, so there will be a lot purchased hopefully which would send the stock upwards. :) but not holding my breath

It really does come down to preference with these two systems. If you have not checked out that thread it is worth a read.

Unfortunately a game console is no iPhone so I'm not sure the stock will make a huge jump because of the launch. Who knows though. Have you researched past trends during launch weeks? I have never really thought about it until now. When I get home I may do some research myself!

yea the research from what I read was that with the PS4 rumored release being next month (mid month) its close to Christmas , and the anticipation buildup for the system seems to be growing daily (positively) so the experts are "forcasting" Sony to topple Microsoft in sales which is what Sony wants to hear. but in the end, it really all depends on what system you prefer. im happy with the PS. and its stuff, and free online game play...

You really need to read my thread. PS4 is launching before XB1 last I read (a night or two ago). It also is not free to play online anymore.

haven't played in over a year now, although the system is still here, we got rid of our X box in favor of the Playstation because to us it was just ..better.

Being at work I cannot access Gaming sites with more credibility but that statement by techradar is vague and misleading.

Some games may be free to sample online or play for free for a month. But to access all features of a game will not be free.

Edit: But hey that may make your stock purchase even better they are going to make a killing off of subscriptions that are currently not mandatory. What does suck is that PS3 users will continue to play for free. Not very nice for the new system owners.
