mr.alcheng- yah, unfortunately the car had too many coarse stains which could turn permanent so i was forced to wash it...otherwise would have to do another polish/sealant round before winter which is nearly impossible now that temps are too low. :ugh:

was 35min of my time wasted, but better than 3-4hrs.. :icon17: added some hydro over the sealant to reinforce. if it rains enough tomorrow, chances are the car will be pretty clean after the storm

Should have my computer back tomorrow, so I'll be back then!

I think I will do one more wash-clay-wax before hibernating the Z..

then next season will have some work to be done such as trans-pil, diff-oil and if I save up enough I can go for the BBK...

I will work hard.... :icon17:

:icon17: just razzing you BC I have high KM/mileage on mine too! I have 43,XXX kms on mine, so >26,7XX miles  At least today is the last day I am driving it to work so I will probably get to 44K by the time I put it away, fingers crossed for a few more nice weekends. I need it for both Z time and lacrosse.

This was season #4 for my '10 40th and first year I put 14K on it in 6 months, then the past 3 years averaged approx 10K each season  I DD'd the Z every season I think now from here out it will be hobby car with baby on the way and now a newer more reliable DD

yes they are, the car is made close to home in ingersoll ontario which is 20 mins away. South western ontario actually has a lot of automotive manufacturing even after the down turn.

 how cool is this?! six degrees of separation right?!?

we should test that theory sometime and see if we can prove or disprove it :icon17:

blackcherry20 10-17-2013 05:12 AM

:tiphat: I forgot to tell you guys. When I got to auto-x on Sunday one of the Miata guys came over and asked to see the GT-R button! of course I obliged him. Not often I get to interact (other than here on the forum) with other car enthusiasts-last weekend was winning on all fronts- Car stuff two days in a row. sigh.
I love Harry!

I'll give you the spelling. My favourite way to spell favourite

(**thick, ignorant, racist southern accent**) But the other stuff is to confuse the immigrants :icon14:

10K sounds about right :icon17: My rears are getting close to bald and the fronts aren't going to last near as long as the first set (thank you F1 track :driving:). I bought some used tires :ugh2: for the rears to use until the fronts are done. It is the exact same tire except a bit wider. We'll see how that goes :eekdance: Worst case, I dump the tires and just buy a full new set.
