I am hoping to get some ghost chilis for canning this year! I would love to do a mild and an extreme make you tear up salsa this year. I just got done with Strawberry jam and I am looking forward to canning more stuff!

homemade is the way to go, then you actually also know everything that is in it which I also like :tup:

I always get lots from mom she is big into canning too :tiphat:

I usually end up making strawberry, raspberry and black berry and rhubarb jam every year. They grow like a MFer here and I have to beat them back like 10 ft a year so I can have yard and my underground sprinklers don't just water the weeds/overgrowth!

Smuckers got nothing on homemade strawberry jam! English muffins, toast, bagels this **** will rock your world on any of these things!
