plan of action for tonight...
per doc's recommendation, going to do the hamstermill (walk 5min, semi-speed walk 5min) tonight for 10min to slowly get back into the game. :D otherwise sweeping up the garage and just relaxing. im so happy my kid can do him and his little brother's lgsst's. :tup: |
