I am definitely on the mend, thank you :tiphat: The DayQuil is working much better this morning

I placed an order with Adam's Polishes this morning as incentive to detail the Z asap. She is filthy right now :(

I've been looking forward to trying their Super VRT and Deep Wheel Cleaner products, so I picked up a 36 oz bottle of the VRT from their clearance section and a 16 oz bottle of the wheel cleaner. While I was in the clearance section, I also picked up a 16 oz bottle of glass cleaner packaged with a glass towel

hey there, EW!

sounds good. yah, im definitely looking forward to the weekend. last weekend i didnt get to drive my G or Z. :( :D

i use a thinkpad at work and this new one i bought (first pc i bought with my allowance  since im a mac guy :icon17:) is the IdeaPad for home use.

it's got the HD LCD, I forget the processor speeds but it's plenty fast for the stuff i do at home. will be doing most of my light kids picture/vid editing on it, along with my freelance work (excel and word), surfing, and being able to connect to the main server my wife has running in the background which is all pc based.

my MBP can connect to the server, but i need to log-in each time, and looses remote connection often so was kind of pita. :ugh2: my mac will be dedicated to my music stuff.

We conned err I mean convinced our boss we NEEDED a 27" IMAC :rofl2: Fun machine!

I'm pretty sure I used to use that stuff on my Accord - I needed the no ammonia because of the tint. I ran out of it earlier this year and have just been using Windex with a cheap glass towel on the cars lately because of convenience (no tint on either car now). I will be sure to post my experience with all of the products

im a simple guy and only use the vary basic as far as detailing gear these days.

just spit and new paper. ;)

i use this: all it is is distilled water with some rubbing alcohol content. very pure and simple..and it works.
it's really the glass MF towel that makes the world of difference imo. :) no harsh chemicals, tint safe.

I like the Rain-X stuff..

Chuck33079 09-19-2013 10:04 AM

I've always used Stoner's Invisible Glass. Safe for tint, cheap and available everywhere. Their tire shine is also good.

eastwest2300 09-19-2013 10:09 AM

Really? It's in every Autozone/Advance/Oreilly I've ever gone to. That's why I like it, since I don't have to order it online every time I run out.
