Nurburgring Visit

I have a short business trip to Dresden later this month and am taking advantage to spend weekend at Nurburgring. I managed to book a "copilot ride" in a GT3 Sunday morning; but am wondering what else I should do or checkout while I'm there. Appreciate any tips to make this trip even more awesome.

Go visit Stuttgart, Porsches HQ is there.
