My watch has had a dead battery for months. :(

I've neglected to get it replaced and wear it again... oops. I want a non-black watch too, but I bought car parts and such instead.

xTETOVABOYx 04-02-2014 08:37 AM

one of the newest i added to the collection,
Bulova Precisionist

Not a Bulova fan at all but it looks nice! I like the allen key screws at each corner. Very cool. That is defnitely a watch that will speak numbers about the person wearing it. And 1/1000th for that kind of watch?! Awesome.

You need a Tag Calibre 6 with the copper and white dial and a brown alligator strap. No wait. That's my next watch. :gtfo2: :icon17:

jkjk... No you need a Breitling Navitimer. Wait. No. I want that one too. Go find your own ******* watch! :roflpuke2:

I'm also not trying to break the bank. I'd like the fashion accessory, but at a reasonable price. :/

Haboob 04-02-2014 01:52 PM

This is the only Breitling that I found that I even like. :wtf2:

Transocean Day & Date - Breitling - Instruments for Professionals

Haboob 04-02-2014 02:41 PM

And def. not paying $6,000 for a watch.

It is certainly pretty! I'm all for the low-key classic styles. Chronos are nice and all but who actually uses them as designed? Maybe two or three people in the entire world. What does that Transocean run anyway? 4-5k? I need to look this up. Yup. Almost 4k. For that I would step up to a Tag Calibre 1887. (Not really stepping UP, so to speak, but you get my point)

But then back to the point of a "fashion accessory". Timepieces are not such things. Stick to a used watch if you are just looking for an accessory. Bulova all day long for sub $1k prices (new).

Yeah, it's only an accessory with function (telling time) to me. I don't need the chronometers, etc.

I just want a classy look going on.
