kenchan 05-30-2013 06:38 AM

Looks like it will be Tokyo in part 7??? Fast 6 was awesome.:excited:

Z34 got a cheesy shot in the movie :ugh2:

SmokeEater27 05-30-2013 08:03 AM

was it me or was the 370z on two wheels with a girl standing out of the car in Fast6 during that whole billionaire car meet scene? because the only glimpse I caught was the door handle and I was like "oh look a 370z" lol

Yeah, that's the cheesy scene i'm talkin bout.

I hope fast 7 takes the cars back to the basics.

I want STi's, Z33 and Z34's, Skylines, etc etc. This series in the first 3 wasn't about Dodge all day long. Something the last 2 slightly disappoint me with.

Now Torretto is all about muscle, when in one, he had the sick Rx-7 and was scared of the challenger. Now it's time for him to get into a Switzer style GT-R.

SmokeEater27 05-30-2013 08:11 AM

ok, yea that was a pretty cheesy scene. I guess they didnt want the Z34 outshining the ferraris and lambos :bowrofl:...and I never knew our cars could get up on two wheels like that :icon14: lol

I guess if you're a stunt driver? Anything is possible?

Oh yeah... Answering your question. Sorry.

Buy a plane ticket to go here.

TOKYO MOTOR SHOW WEB SITE

And collect the flyers for all the smaller shows while you're in the Tokyo metro area etc..

What the F is everyone talking about lmfao.
Well, to stay out of my subject and be in your subject. Yes it was a yellow Z34. That scene was super cheese it though.
And honestly I don't think it was on 2 wheels. It looked more like camera work to me. Considering I've been studying film for the past 4 years.
But thanks for the input guys. I might head out there so I was excited to check their car scene if I get a chance maybe.
Hopefully everything goes well.

My 1.5 inch Megan lowering springs don't give me too many issues up here in Fargo. But I would love to take the Z out there to Japan. Some of those corridors and highways look tempting

Lived there for three years. Driving is a bitch, roads are crowded as hell, and the guys who drive fast make us look slow....

I used to go down to an industrial area of the city and watch groups drift around a square block back in the early 90's. Used to draw huge crowds along the sidewalks at night, with very little LE action. Was a sight to see. Those f*#kers could drive!!

I live in Los Angeles...close to the worst roads around. The roads above are a dream come true!

That would take years in the USA.

kenchan 06-03-2013 10:41 AM

:icon18: Wish I had some videos of them working to show the local road construction crews here. Takes them six days of closed roads just to start bringing equipment to the job site.

I feel your pain, I live in Boston. Infrastructure in the US is pretty bad considering we are the richest nation in the world. European countries like Switzerland are supposed to have amazing roads.

kenchan 06-03-2013 02:03 PM

i find that rich neighborhoods in my area tend to have crappy roads. not sure why that is.

Not to mention Japan's telecom infrastructure is mainly all fiber... the initial cost was probably a lot more but in the long run it's well worth it because it leaves them a lot of room for expansion. Here in the states we still have copper everywhere... and even in new subdivisions and construction areas they're still laying down copper

kenchan 06-03-2013 04:41 PM

uhh... xip- you do realize japan is the #1 industry for porn.. they need speed... :ugh2:
