Ms. BC, yes, Meguiar's Clay Kit should do just fine for you. My only recommendation is some nitrile-free latex gloves. I like not having to worry about my hand touching the car

:tiphat: ty kindly mr. Jar ;)

I hate when they're blacked out!
That's just me, though.

Any recommendations on clay bar kit?! Meguiars ok you think?

i use the griot's yellow mud. it's super soft. ive had bad experience with meguiar's "soft" clay. it was okay for a few min, then it would start scratching the surface for some reason. i had to polish out the haze.

i had good experience with mother's claybar kit if off the shelf. :)

You'll be fine  Just check the clay regularly and fold it in half and knead it flat again for a new surface as soon as it starts to look dirty. I use the windshield to flatten it against :tiphat:

...and be sure to keep the surface lubricated with the spray-on wax.

Yes indeed - do not skimp on the spray.

FYI, I would be folding over the clay well before it gets that dirty

The first time I ever did clay on the Z, I used about 1.5 bars of the Meguiar's kit. Since then, a single bar lasts me 3-5 applications at least.
