yikes... but you know it's all based off body weight.. to maintain i need like 2200 a day, so anything less is actually really good for me...

but less then 1400 is almost bad.. lol especially since I am lifting and exercising more

i do the hamstermill and scooter mainly for stamina. i hate being worn out. my wife told me to eat more protein and vitamins and less on carbs. it's helping a lot.

now if i can jog 7 miles like luna, then i think i can safely say i have stamina. :icon17:

for real though, I can bench 2 - 45plates plus a 25 on each side. squats max is 4 plates haven't tried 5 yet :ugh2: I have buddies that are jacked who can do 5 - 6 45's that **** is insane to watch! These are the guys pumping reps with 3 - 45 plates on the bench no problems :roflpuke2::roflpuke2:

but, yes, Protien(NOT Poutine!) is extremely important.. but so is, fat and carbs, just in the right portions

The only exercise I've been getting was stair climbing. :tup:

Lost 32lbs so far since April 29th. :happydance:

wrong... Cardio is great... but if you lift, you get better cardio...
you have to remember, I have tofit test twice a year.. just running doesn't cut it...
