I have it in my personal folder but I am afraid they are tracking it...if you tell me it cannot be tracked once I put it in pdf I am good to go...print and post baby!

If you print it to PDF, they can't track if via the email server.... but if they have security measures in place at your office, they could possibly find out which computer posted the PDF online. I don't see it being an issue either way, however. Personal emails like that aren't worth the time and effort to track down outside of the email server unless the guy or girl is a bigwig at the firm and in danger of hurting the company's reputation.
