Driving your Z today? Mine is in the garage. again. calling for thunderstorms later this afternoon-before I will get home :( |
yep I basically DD mine in the summer, unless I get sent to a job site that is on dirt roads or dirt parking etc... then I just put insurance back on the winter beater. But I haven't had to do that since the Z32 days, I have been lucky for the past few years
|
we might get a little rain in the afternoon on my way home but it also looks like it might miss me. I will be in Stratford, Ontario :ugh2:
Big storm clouds to south west and north east when I look on the radar, as usual we just kinda sail through without to much sever storms unlike people in the GTA or other lake areas in ONT. I think living farther away from the great lakes helps with the thunderstorm situation..... |
 story for you guys!
Sunday I finally get out of the house doing chores etc...open up the garage doors, piddling around. A bluejay gets in the garage I noticed a bit later...freaking thing is flying all over the place. Mind you there are 4 doors in this garage, two of them are HUGE and this stupid bird cannot find its way out. I sigh and go about my business knowing the idiot is going to crap all over Harry :shakes head: LOL I go out later in the afternoon...cat paw prints all over Harry's hood....not happy. I go out a bit later...NOW there are also feathers all over the hood and roof... I guess the bluejay got had by the calico...problem solved and only one small spot of bird crap...still paw prints and feathers on Harry. Hoping to fix that this evening. Harry is getting some hands on loving... I love Harry. :happydance::driving: |

Work, work, work all week (anyone remember the robot Uniblab from the Jetsons? :icon17:) and then a big track day on Saturday. It looks to be almost three hours on the track broken up over six sessions! :woot: Here's my hero Uniblab: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j...49478099,d.eWU I'm anxious to see how the new oil cooler performs. After getting REALLY close to limp mode at COTA on 10 minute runs, this weekend is going to be challenging. At some time in my life time, I'll get my brake duct project completed, but it won't be this weekend. Have a good day all! :tiphat: |

I just saw Mr.Gurney mention COTA and assumptions were made. :shakes head: Still, I look forward to any photos he has. |
In unrelated news... I have 18 break-in kilometres remaining in the Juke  and I noticed my first stone chip (on the a-pillar) :ugh2: Time to get some touch up paint before I apply the Opti-Coat Pro.

Are 11s from the Z wide enough for the Juke tires to fit inside? Is so, you should make an Auto-X course using the Z tires to leave rubber on the asphalt, and then race the Juke around the course :rofl2: |

I've been trying to sell off all my toys and extra stuff I don't need and save money. My mom's medical bills are all paid off now :happydance: The rest of the money I make selling stuff is going towards a real estate project, I'm building a business strip to rent out. It's a huge initial investment but will pay off in the long run. I plan to have ~12-15 units for rent once it's complete and it's in a developing area  |

nice. so you're buying land in myanmar? :icon17: goodam everyone! :hello: msbc- sorry to hear about the dumbbird + dumbcat episode. :eekdance: i found a dead sparrow last week next to where my fit's rear tire is. i might've ran it over? must've been a drunk loser dad cause there's a sparrow's nest 10ft from the car with new chicks chirping. mommy bird's been busy feeding them non-whore chicks. i should remove the chicks while the mommy bird is out fetching food and replace with an old spring-egg (aka easter egg) so see her face. :icon17: bird's so stupid it'll probably start heating it again like wtf? :icon17: haha |

:hello: mornign again!!
lunch break-I can already feel teh vacation work ethic kicking in and it is only tuesday! LOL doing everythign I can possiby do to avoid real work!!:bowrofl: |
so last night i inspected the dinoc trim i did after the heat cycling. absolutely no lifting on the edges so i decided to install it back onto the car. :D
i also re-did the small switch trim on the steering wheel control. :) i didn't like the angle of the CF pattern i had (45 degrees, but it followed the swith trim so it almost appeared straight), so just redid it at 90 degrees to make it look nicer to me. :p |
