Lots of stair climbing at the hospitals where I work and little to no carbs. Mostly protein and vegetables/fruits.

It doesn't take me much. Just dedication.

Oh -- my 2013 Midnight Blue arrived at the dealer today. My sales guy is getting her detailed, filling up the gas tank and I am going Friday when I am back in town to buy it.
