Dead Sara
Have followed this band for 10 years. They hit the big time this year signing with Atlantic records.
I'm not sure about changes. You have to sell your soul to make it on big label.Tour this fall.Have my tickets.
Have seen this Band live 15 times.Unlike most Bands the are better live than on studio records.

Have seen Joe Bonamassa 12 times. He is one the best if not the best guitar player I have ever seen.
In my onion the most overrated is Eric Clapton.
The List Of ones I have seen live as best as I can remember.
The 70s where a little hazy.
I left some off that are famous but I do not think are very good.I'm a big BB King fan (rest his soul)and his music is great but not a technical guitar player.

Steve Vai
Jimmy Vaughn
Steve Ray Vaughn
Pete Townshend

I like Robin Trower reminds me of Jimmy Hendrix. Definitely belongs on list.
I could add another 30 names to list.
Making the point that not all commercial successful guitarists are that good.
When a person takes the time to look there are some incredible guitar players out there.

I have seen Trower several times beginning in 1975 -- the man can make a Stratocaster do amazing things.

I agree with Clapton being over-rated. I told a friend of mine that and I thought he was going to have a mental breakdown over it.

It is quite well done. Every song has god stuff musically and lyrically. It sounds great played through my Klipsch Forte IIIs at high power.
