It is missing a rug outside the garage to wipe the wheels clean

What happens when you spill oil on the floor and it gets under the floor tiles or jack stand cut into the tiles or when they stain, flat spots etc.

I have a painted epoxy floor in my new home that sticks and peels off every time I park the Z in garage.

I'll just stick with treated bare concrete, just wipe any spills up, grease and your done, and repair with simple repair concrete.

Then apply a cheap coating of floor paint when you sell the home.

I have an epoxy floor and it does peel off or stick at all. The installation must not have been done correctly. I park the Z and the G in there everyday.

Also that garage looks nice but it sure doesn't look like a garage geared towards working on vehicles. Dang I have presses, compressors, engine stands, cherry picker, real tool box etc etc. My garage is for working, your garage looks like a display case.
