Down 3.2lbs this week.
In all fairness, I ate a lot of vegetables last night and shed a lot of "ballast" before getting on the scale this morning. |

Wouldn't be a bad morning if I could see out of my left eye w/o it hurting. Was feelin' bad with my contact in, but as soon as I took it out and let fresh air hit it, it just has been non-stop pain. :shakes head: I'm guessing the contact lense scratched it overnight. |

i wear disposables that i take out and clean every night and toss every 3-4wks depending on how worn they are. :) they've been very good vs the non-disposables i was wearing a long long time ago. next for me is lasik. probably next spring. |
Yeah.
I don't have enough time or patience to take'em out and put'em in every night/morning. I don't leave enough time. :icon17: I really, really want to do LASIK, but at $2500/eye it's a bit out of the question right now. |
Sorry to hear Haboob :( Hope it gets better for you. I have pretty good eyesight, and I am thankful I don't have to wear glasses or contacts. However, I get "ocular migraines" occasionally. It's basically a headache of the eye, and my vision will get temporarily blurry in that eye. My optometrist friend said it's not uncommon, and there's not much we can do about it :ugh2:

yah, the only risk i feel with my eyes and lasik is i have dry eye and some allergies so i dont know how much worse it might be. that's been the whole debate the last several years. but then, im still sneezing and coughing without allegy medicine so im like it's not like im not suffering now. so who cares? lol :icon17: |
