Whew, glad the day is over. :)

So tired, and about to brew a cup of coffee and start dinner.

Running on ~700-750 calories consumed so far today. Trying to watch what I eat over the last two weeks. Lost 10 lbs so far. :)

That sh!t wipes me out! I'd rather eat what I want to eat and work it off exercising.
I think I had that many calories for lunch on my way home from errands and my run: A pastrami, egg and bacon with Swiss on rye and a St. Bernardus Prior 8.

I'm just trying to maintain a balance and offset my enjoyment of food.
I worked really hard to look like this:

168 lbs.
But to be honest, it was no fun living on protein shakes and bland chicken and broccoli dinners day in day out. Sure, sashimi made a great source of lean protein, but it also broke the bank!

After a few years of traveling, eating out all the time and developing an insatiable thirst for craft beer, I look like this:

Not really that horrible, actually. I mean, I'd do me!
So I'm now 204 lbs and working to get down to a more reasonable 180.
I really have no right to make fun of anyone else in here as long as they're trying to do something

I'm 5' 9".
Weight, as we all know, is not an absolute determination of health/fitness. I have stupid thick legs from my years of cycling and weight training for that sport... and they haven't gone away. Unless I shed some mass from those stumps, I'll always weigh in a little heavier than what's being suggested for my height.

oh I know. I am currently ~210-215 and I would like to get down to a lean 190. I put on weight, both muscle and fat REALLY easy, and it's difficult fo rme to lose both, muscle and fat.. so I have to work at maintaining a balance.. and since I was down an out for like 5 months with my nut surgery.. well, I am a little behind the power curve
