Whew, glad the day is over. :)
So tired, and about to brew a cup of coffee and start dinner. Running on ~700-750 calories consumed so far today. Trying to watch what I eat over the last two weeks. Lost 10 lbs so far. :) |

I think I had that many calories for lunch on my way home from errands and my run: A pastrami, egg and bacon with Swiss on rye and a St. Bernardus Prior 8. But to be honest, it was no fun living on protein shakes and bland chicken and broccoli dinners day in day out. Sure, sashimi made a great source of lean protein, but it also broke the bank! Weight, as we all know, is not an absolute determination of health/fitness. I have stupid thick legs from my years of cycling and weight training for that sport... and they haven't gone away. Unless I shed some mass from those stumps, I'll always weigh in a little heavier than what's being suggested for my height. |
