that's exactly how i feel when i have to take my car in to the dealer (or local shop) for work. :ugh2: i just can't trust anyone these days.

sure they do the work, but like my local shop said when i had them align my fit a while back using spc camber bolts.. 'oh, we just zip the nut with the impact and it's good to go.'

no it aint. i took my torque wrench and it wasn't nearly as tight as where it needed to be. :ugh2:

or dealer over filling engine oil...

:icon18:

Why? It's not terribly expensive (under $400) to have the job done this way and it should be a much better repair long-term vs. spraying a little clear on and blending it in with a buffer.

Of course I say that knowing another rock is going to hit the car as soon as I get it back. :shakes head:

if your shop can color match, then it's good. if your car is metallic it's going to be that much more difficult. :)

I'm not sure they'll re-shoot the color on the whole panel or not, but yeah, if they can't match paint then it's not gonna look good. But this isn't MAACO.

Don't get me all worried for nothing Ken. I don't need to do that. :roflpuke2:
