Speeding, Careless, and Failure

Long story short, I was on my way to work on the garden state parkway and I was was pulled over by a trooper. I got three tickets, one for going in excess of speed between 30-34, second for careless driving, and third for failure to signal. What are some of the best traffic lawyers in NJ?

:iagree: They usually hit you with all those tickets hoping something will stick when you got to court. Good luck.

What's your driving record like otherwise -- if this is first ticket(s), you can probably get some of that dropped or reduced even just showing up in court on your own and pleading "no contest".

We've all had our leadfoot moments. I can't say what Jersey's laws are like, but in Maryland, I always advise residents to take it to court. They rarely make things harder for you, unless they want to make an example, and usually that's due to repeat offenses and a bad attitude. The standard, though, is that at worst, they'll decrease the fine by court costs, so you're most likely going to walk out paying that or less, and possibly with some points dropped off. But again, I don't know how things are in New Jersey.
