Hey guys and gals!

I've been thinking about this for a while, why don't we have a cooking thread???


But let me make a 1st suggestion
Most like pasta with chicken, no problem, but making a nice bowtie pasta with pesto sauce and sun dried tomatoes with a nice skirt steak... It'll blow any chicken/pasta combo available!

What was the cook time/oven temp?
And which cheese tasted better?

And this needs to become a thing! I want to see more recipes! I love to cook!

Preheated oven @ 300 degrees F.
25 minutes
5 Minutes @ broil.


This is what I did. If I were to do it again, maybe more like...6 or 7 minutes broil. They were crispy but they could have been just a tad crispier!


Oh and as far as the cheese, I personally liked the cheddar. Next time I will also use spicier sausages as these were a little mild for my taste.

Always a winner in our house, with a good Cotes du Rhone.

Yeah, I did a little reading and that is how some people have done them. Pan sear before or even after might work well.

Also seen this done on the BBQ - this will be done after winter has moved on and summer is back in town! :D

That's pretty legit, I never would've thought to go... French onion soup... Not good enough... Fúck it, lets add some chicken, LOL

Oh and let me tell you about those little crispy cheese crustatians left on the pan after cooking....ummmmm ummmmmm! Tasty! HEHE

if you watch the show The F Word with Gordon Ramsay as much as i do, you learn to cook all kinds of meals without using a recipe, kind of like knowing exactly what ingredients/cooking methods would work really well for anything :)

gordon ramsey is the man he gets all the people heated, love that show. :tup:

as for my cooking talents I can make ceraeal :bowrofl:

hah everyone thinks he's such a **** from watching hell's kitchen and kitchen nightmares, but if you watch the F word it shows him at home and you that he's actually a nice, down to earth guy, just has a bit too much passion for food haha
