While I can't say I'm a fan of the direction post-2011 dubstep mainly took, I have a sizable collection of dubstep. If you're looking for something less mainstream than say Nero, but not completely unknown, I'd go with someone like Klaypexx. Chinter's Will was always my favorite soThough, that song is pretty close to Electro House really, for some reason this song is an exception to my new dubstep rule. You can't go wrong with some Doctor P or Flux Pavilion, but they're pretty mainstream too. The Monstercat label has a sizable collection of Dubstep, though most of their artists are multigenre producers and thus incorporate other songs into their Dubstep. I'm getting long and ramble-y but as I said, I've got a pretty large collection so if any of you want more songs link one you like and I'll find some like it for you. Dubstep's a big genre.

Usually anything Figure or SchoolBoy is good. I like putting both artist on their own channel on Pandora.

Dubstep is the only music I consider suspect .:icon17:

I was at a club once and they started to play Dubstep and everyone cleared the building fast.:rofl2:

To each their own though underground hip hop/rap is where it @!!

I have to disagree! it depends on were you are at and what club.

Most rap now is starting to sound like dubstep. You come to Tampa and girls go crazy when they play dubstep at the club but never listen to it outside the club. its weird

asdfsammich 03-13-2013 02:34 AM

Is Burial still considered dubstep? This is one of his new tracks. A few months old though.

A lot of the old UK dubstep guys don't really sound like dubstep anymore.

Not a real video. And definitely an at home or in the car, after the after party kind of track lols.

If you ask me dubstep is rave music, not really club music... although there are couple clubs out there that play it a lot

Yeupp!!

yeah def the club too, some play only house/electonica etc some play rap hip hop.

and idk about rap sounding like dubstep, maybe some mainstream tracks but underground rap is where it @
