Man gets too close for comfort in check-out line

:icon14:

GRIFFITH, Ind. (STNG) -- A northwest Indiana man faces a misdemeanor battery charge after getting too close to a woman in the check-out line in front of him.

Andre Ladale Deloney, 55, of the 3600 block of Ivy Street in East Chicago allegedly ground his genital area into the buttocks of the woman standing in front of him in line Friday at Dollar Tree at 330 W. Ridge Rd. in Griffith.

The woman said she stepped forward to separate herself from the man because she assumed it was accidental, but he did it again. "If you touch me again I'll bash you in the head with my umbrella," the woman is quoted in a police report as telling Deloney.

Deloney then ran from the store past Kmart with several customers in pursuit. He told a police officer he accidentally bumped into the woman, but then mistakenly thought she "liked it and was coming on to me, so I intentionally rubbed on her the second time. I'm sorry," the police report states.

These days you better be careful how you assert yourself towards women, that's all I got to say.YouTube - Quinton Jackson Humps A Japanese Reporter

Rampage is the man. And it's so easy to get in trouble around females today it's ridiculous.

I love Rampage, the guy's funny and witty. I'm not conservative in the political sense, but I am conservative in terms of how I carry myself socially and in public. But these kinds of "playful" acts aren't cool.

I got shot down by some chick I asked out several months ago, and after that, I didn't pursue it anymore. In other words, I didn't act rude nor immature after she dissed me. I work with her at work. But the sad thing is, she immediately distanced herself from me after I showed my colors. I do everything I can to show her respect by giving her the distance and not to approach her again. I don't even try to catch eye contact w/ her anymore.

We live in "touchy" age, sexual, romantic or whatever advances aren't taken lightly no more.

This article made me do this: :shakes head:

Because it shows how people just aren't friendly... but in this case, the guy was a little dumb.
