Now that that's out of the way, I had some interesting experiences inside my Z hatch this evening :icon17: I didn't get any pictures of me inside it this time, but I promise I will before the install is done. I used 2 squares of GT Mat high quality butyl product on the driver side wheel well. I was able to use one completely intact and only minor cutting on the other square plus one small filler piece.

As much fun as I had crawling into the hatch, it made some uneasy creaking noises beneath my large 225 lb frame. I tried my best to spread out my weight, but with only the one square to install, it didn't take long. I've got progress photos, but I need to resize and upload them. I'll post them shortly. I don't think I'm going to bother putting anything back in the hatch for the rest of the week. I'm getting the rest of the butyl on Friday.
