No idea. I don't like asking about raises. I started on a new payperiod so I'm thinking before next paycheck is when I'll be talked to.

Agree with Mr.kenchan's comments. Have to let them know at some point the work load is different and the pay has to be different too.

hi mr.alcheng- yep, when we are professionals of something, it's just the way it is. after a while it becomes part of life and we just deal with it like we would with anything else. :)

when my kids were born i did a 180degree turn and now my kids are priority and work is just scheduled around my kids's schedules. :icon17: when they're older i will probably reverse it again.

hummmm... for promo, pay talk first, then nego discription.

To me, family is important, although i don't live with my kids nowadays but it's true they are my priority.

And I weight work/career as heavy, since I know I have to make enough "ching-ching" in order to fulfill some of their essentials and needs.

sounds good, mr.alcheng. yah, every family and situation is different so my way is only one of the many ways to manage time and money well.

but i have to say, my day is 120% filled these days. there is not one second im not doing something. thus, i envy those that can stand waiting for a car's and coffee 3hrs prior, just to park their cars together. :icon17: must be nice.

I don't want to ask. I am aware that the company I am no longer a part of is not as profitable as it used to be. Also, the company I am now a part of needs to get into a better position. So I feel guilty for even asking for a raise.

Morning/good afternoon everybody :hello:

Pint, don't be afraid to ask for a raise. you never will know unless you ask. Think about it as going to your wheel fund
