sometimes its taken way to serious or someone doesn't like what you think
and responds aggressively

Just keep responses reasonable, and don't flame anyone. If someone flames you and you think its out of line then hit the alert "Report post" icon on the post and report it to AK.

Bro, you think this is bad? I used to go on Sherdog, a MMA site, and people flamed the f*ck outta each other. This was like 2-3 years ago. In reality, it was nothing but a bunch of lonely dudes, who don't get laid, don't go out with girls, don't have fun with life, have all this frustration built up and the likes. You know what the trite threat was? "Say that to my face and I'd kick your ***..." LMFAO, a bunch of fat, homely looking dudes who'd get their butts kicked by a 16-y.o. from the 'hood. This is how I know a lot of these guys were fat slobs, I been to so many MMA autograph sessions: Chuck Lidell, Tito Ortiz, Rua brothers, Randy Couture, and all the big names you can imagine. But you know what? Almost every guy in those crowded lines was an out-of-shape, "I play video games all day and jack off to internet porn" types, seriously. Yeah a few guys looked built and seemed like they trained and what not, but most of these "keyboard warriors" were all just chihuahuas on the internet with all bark and no bite.

Don't take people so seriously on here, this type of communication is abstract. But, I will admit this, most people here are courteous and mature from experience with other sites.

Well, part of it has to do with the basic user base, intended audience, and age of the forum. We've been getting a lot of spam traffic too... sadly.
