hi mr. gale! yah, definitely not worth the risk. you can be all set and ready with snow tires and all, but everyone can still smash into you. :ugh2: one of the main reasons why i dont drive my G in the snow. Quote:
hi mr.alcheng. sorry to hear about the slow sales today. :( hope it clears soon. Quote:

Hi Mr.kenchan :hello:
You're right, I worry more about other people crashing into one of us. Most people do not know how to drive in this weather with or without snow tires. :shakes head: |

You know, I realized last night that I have the greatest wife ever! I hadn't mentioned that I had bought the GIIIs, and sorta expected her to be all :icon14: when she found out...but she simply asked "did you get a package"? To this I replied "Yes, I picked up an intake from a friend in Canada". And that was it...no further questions, like.. "how much was it", or "Canada?? Isn't shipping from there expensive??" or any such nonsense. She's a keeper. :) |

The choice on the radio is either from KO-Propo, Sanwa or Futaba, I was thinking about the KO-Propo as my first choice but my friend told me some KO radio has glitching issue and the after-sale service in NA is not very easy, so I went on with Futaba, I used all three brands before and to be honest, I prefer KO-Propo, then Futaba and the 3rd choice is Sanwa. The KO-Propo radio are very easy to use and somehow I get hands-on it very quickly, but with the issue my friend mentioned to me, I gave it a pass this time.... Eventually I went with the Futaba, not the most expensive one cos the price is about $500... If I am going back to racing as a regular I will go with it, but this time it's only a testing-water thing, thus I go with their 2nd line, which has all the features I need, the only difference is the speed is a tad slower.... some 0.00x sec slower.. what the heck... http://www.muchhobby.com/shopping/images/FUTK1400.jpg Hey Mr.kenchan, it actually looks pretty cool..!!! http://www.hpiracing.com/graphics/pa.../7210_003m.jpg Have you check eBay or Amazon??? |

http://www.muchhobby.com/shopping/images/1487-11.jpg This is more like a neutral handling body and quite stable at highspeed, but will have to test it first... |
