I feel sorry for you Zman, and even worse for the Canadians :icon17:

Ignore the 52 degrees in the status bar - it is remnant of an old program that doesn't work properly anymore...

ms.bc- sorry to hear about your back. i recommend the mr.gurney back exercise. lay on floor, legs together, bend knee, then with your back and shoulders on the floor, move bent knee left/right till your knees hit the floor and hold for a few seconds. go left/right 10 times. :) i do this as part of my morning warm up and it's been great.

Chicago is probably the craziest place to live. Last summer we had a few days of 110 F. These kind of extremes are not easy.

Outdoor karting. Awesome! I wish we had a place like that here. They do, but the karts are 30+ years old, and the tracks are small. :(

This will be my first time at MSR, but I raced karts at an outdoor track a few miles from Indy that had a seriously banked turn. THAT was awesome.

I've done indoor and outdoor karting as well, have them on my youtube channel. I love doing it, just wish there were more people who were local so I could do it more often. :(

Race carts? Race carts? We don't need no stinkin race carts. OK I'm jelly. There is a very small go cart track just down from me. It sux. Way too small and they put powdered soap on it to limit traction. There used to be a dirt outdoor course a few miles away. I went when I was working on the sprint car. Me, the driver and his son went through a 180 degree turn 3 wide. The staff where like  :gtfo2:

Yep, they do the same thing at the track here. They try to make the "GP Track" just like the Outlaw track where you're supposed to slide... :shakes head:
