You let others detail your Z? If so, do you ask them questions abou their detailing habits/procedures?

I've oft thought about getting someone to detail my car, but I'm so OCD about the way I detail I don't know that I'd feel comfortable. :(

Just like finding a hair stylist, I rely on referrals from friends. If their car looks the way I want mine to look...
Sure, I'd prefer to do it myself, but my work schedule this year and the lack of garage space to do it in this temperature forces me to pay for the service.
I had an awesome guy who did it as a hobby and was dirt cheap. I'd give him the car while I was away on business and he'd drop it off at my house so it was there when I got back. He was as anal as I am and just loved doing it. Personally, I think he used his garage as an escape from his wife. :icon17:

Oh... I haven't been to California in a while.
I'm sad to say that TIGI is not sending a team to the ISSE in Long Beach this January. I had so much fun there last year.

Too many people recklessly endanger themselves and other motorists in the name of a good time with drinky drunks. This is why I don't go out on new years or st patty's day. Let the drunks kill each other, not me.
