Ahh! What's the time frame, I'll go out and take a peek too.

Starting a diet? :( What's your goal?

I agree with you on that. But the thing for me is although it is not as much as people complain, PSN does have more problems with lag/downtime. And PSN has been hacked a few times... XBL (to my knowledge) has not been.

it has.. but XBL covered it up better/it wasn't as OMG!

buttttttt... PSN has still been down less often the Xboxs in general have red ringed...:stirthepot: :bowrofl::bowrofl::bowrofl:

Less than 1200 calories for weight loss and no cholesterol to lower my readings. :woot: :o

Ahh, cool. I'll go outside here in a few then, figuring the time difference will be in my favor.

That's cool. So it's not about a # of pounds or anything? Just trying to stabilize? Any projected time length, or is this going to be your diet for the foreseeable future?

it is what it is, i have a medical condition ive had since before i was born, that would have either Killed me or if it didnt, would have left me wheel chair bound and blind... IF the neuro surgeon i had ( the world famous Dr. Benjamin Carson) back in 1989, hadnt of operated on me at 2 weeks old and insert a plastic valve.. or "shunt" into my head to help drain fluid from my head to the stomach, i would either not be here or like i said.... wheel chair bound. the surgeries were mainly during my childhood so i dont really remember a whole lot of it. as ive gotten older, the surgeries have gotten less and less...... to the point now where i havent had a surgery like that since 2002-2003. but despite the lesser amount of surgeries, the damage was done and i have Short term memory until it somehow gets into the long term memory bank.

just a little medical history of me... very VERY brief and in a nut shell.

damn man.. sorry to hear that, but hey, atleast you are drinking lemonade!

Foreseeable future right now. I'm aiming for 5lbs at a time so I don't give up too easily. As long as my levels get back within normal without too much effort, I'm happy. Doc wants to see me for more stomach issues next week so I'm worried that another surgery is coming up.

 Wow dude! Well, I'm glad that you've been able to endure all of those, and be here to grace us with your presence. :tiphat: Glad to see the progress in the time between surgeries too.

So no red meat I'm guessing? And no bread (carbs) pasta?

That would make for a very boring pizza.. :(

Red meat only in lean, 6 oz or less portions. Only whole grain breads and pastas. Can't have pizza often anyway due to no gallbladder. I'm all sorts of jacked up. :icon17:

my mom told me a while back that before i had any surgeries and they were trying to figure out what exactly to do..... she said she sat next to my hospital bed, listening to the monitors going off andshe said she silently cried. she prayed to god for him to give her the strength to handle whatever the outcome may be. " i give Kyle to you lord".. and she then told me she felt as if a weight was lifted from her shuolders and she knew everything was going to be alright, no matter what happened. ... 23 years later. Im still here. and Doctors are baffled at how. why. i am as normal as i am . they have no explaination for it, only that " this is one of gods True miracles"

glad i can be here and chill with ya ppl.:tiphat:
