we have had like 10 inches this year so far... most is gone... we only have about 3in on the ground now..

well you can set up "treat" days........ your body works harder during the week, knowing that its working towards having a "treat".... like around friday or saturday. set one day apart from the rest

BUT the trick is not going OVERBOARD on the treat day, just like 1 thing you really want. "treat"

if you dont fully trust your ability to hold back, just limit yourself. by that i mean as far as "treating" yourself goes, only have 1 out on the table and at your leisure to eat. all other "treats" you make sure you cant get to them. that way, you are forcing yourself to limit :)
