Today is the federal holiday for Veterans Day. The roads are virtually empty compared to normal traffic (though I did see a nasty accident on 183 around Burnet Rd).

Had to come down to ARC Far West for a physical. Left at 8, got here at 835. Not bad, but so used to going against the traffic flow.

Well hello there :hello: I'm less than a mile down the frontage road from you towards FM 2222.

That is pretty much the exact route I drive every weekday. I usually take Jollyville and try to avoid 183 completely. I can understand your perspective, though - driving against traffic is totally different, even from holiday traffic.
