Had a great time. Definitely something to experience first hand.

If you have never experienced seeing Top Fuel and Funny Cars in person, you need to go see a race. It is something you will never forget. Get some seats close to the start line. You will "feel" the cars as well as hear them.

Definitely something you have to do at least once in your life.

Bring ear plugs or ear muffs. You will need them.

You're welcome! You will have a blast. The Top Fuel and Funny Cars are really like nothing you have ever seen.

I've been around race tracks and race cars a lot during my life, and I never had to wear ear protection. But I had never been around Top Fuel cars. When the Funny Cars came up, my buddy hands me ear plugs, but I said I didn't need them. He said: "Yes you will."

The Funny Cars do their first burn out and I said: "That's not loud at all!" My buddy says: "They haven't turned on the nitro fuel pumps yet." They line up and I still had nothing in my ears. When those things take off I swear it felt like a bomb went off. I felt each individual cylinder firing in my chest and the pant legs of my jeans rustled from the vibrations in the ground. It was unreal.
