portable car lift????

A couple years ago there was a discussion about portable lifts and at home garage home lifts. Someone posted a mid rise type lift where you drove the car up on it, the tires stayed on the ramps, you then had the option of lifting the car at each end with your own hydraulic jack or you could pay extra for a hydraulic system to be included. Was something like 1200 bucks for the base version and 1600 for the hydraulic version. Can't seem to find the post now. Wondering if anyone knows of what or where I can get this is. Most searches turn up mid-rise lifts where they use the jack points to lift the car. Plus there are a bit more complicated which increases cost. This was a bare bones type system for at home guys who didn't want to use ramps or jacks. Help appreciated. Thanks

Google Benpak scissor lifts and see what you find. I have one - it is only a medium rise (lifts to 1200mm) as I don;t have eough roof clearance for a full height 2-poster.

Not sure about prices in the domestic US though as I am located in Australia ....
