reported Flooding in Delaware with a Police car stuck in the middle of it with water up near the windows in depth. but so far near where i live, just a steady cold rain with the occasional gust. nothing major. we'll see how it turns out tomorrow.

here is a photo of the flooding on DE right now, and what i was referring to in the post above.

" Flooding on Rt 1 in Delaware and a State Trooper is stuck. There was some heavy rain on the Delmarva this am, but the water is already pushing up with tides. The storm is still a few hundred miles of shore."
