I know this all too well. Mrs.GaleForce has severe rheumatoid arthritis. She's currently taking a cocktail of drugs (chemo) to help slow it down. The drugs aren't doing anything but making her ill. The next step is the last step as far as medication goes, biologics. When she gets put on this, it will cost a minimum of $25,000/yr and no guarantee that it will work. Hopefully the government will help with the cost, although you usually need to bankrupt yourself trying to pay for these drugs before they offer assistance. :shakes head: |
