morning all :hello: im at a starbucks getting my morning coffee fix. no z because I'm downtown and parking Is :ugh2:

later today I will be washing the z and doing full detail...probably last one of the year.

To cook pumpkin seeds,

Remove seeds from pumpkin
Wash seeds
Pre heat oven to 300°
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray
Spread seeds out on cookie sheet
Lightly spray seeds with non-stick spray, add salt for flavour
Place cookie sheet with pumpkin seed into oven, flip seeds (approx 10 minutes) part way through cooking to ensure even cooking
Remove seeds when golden
Let cool and enjoy

*I'm not responsible for anyone setting their house on fire while trying to make roasted pumpkin seeds.

Mr. Alcheng -- that shot is from yesterday -- the first day of my 9 day retirement.

Ok I'm awake. Will be making the 3 hour trip back to Austin tonight. Sitting on a sweater the entire way isn't helping my spine.
