Al get a large bowl of Pho add alot of hot sauces and eat all of it including drinking the broth. You should be fine.

:iagree: on the sweat-out idea, that's what I usually do, a glasses of hot water and extra strength, cover in thick blanket.....

Usually takes me a day two... I think I am getting older... :icon14:
