One of my aunts from Battle Lake MN sent this -- she took it right after I took my own shots of this sweet 67 Datsun Roadster (the first car I ever bough on my own). It was in the Cheif Wenonga Days parade. I think the driver may be admiring my lens.

I am proposing a time frame between Mid-Nov to Early-Dec, I don't want to do it in Oct cos Baby-onzedge is expected in Oct, won't be a good time to triple-twist the onzedges' at that time, Dec is not quite good cos the weather is getting cold and the price will go up because of Christmas season.

Just ordered the Z1 metal gaskets to hopefully finally solve my gasket woes. Im am totally offended by the cost though. First, it costs $40 for the gaskets ( they are sold in pairs). Next it cost me just under $13 to ship them to Jersey from Georgia regular FedEx!!! Man I thought the gaskets were overpriced then I saw the shipping charges and I was like :eek:

Anyway hope everyone is good. Going to bed.

Yes, this is base on 2 person in a room, I can also check the rate if 1 person/room.

I am thinking about the week of 14th or 21st.

The cost should be anywhere from 550 to 650 with hotel + flight with 2 ppl per room.

Micra is the little car type machine. 4 doors a bit rounded. Like a Mini only smaller. Sorry I didnt get a pic but it was a free ride from the dealer while the Z was serviced. Was loaded with a nice navi. Id use it around here. Perfect the small streets in the city center, too easy to park too!

What is the price breakdown on the room? Since we are all coming in from different areas, should we try to find our own flights?

Agree'd. One of the best sounding stock exhausts notes in the world. I stop and stare every time. Amazing sound!

Good job getting the proper gaskets. I'm sure this will be your last time you spend under your car changing a blown gasket. :tup:

You guys in the U.S. have it good. Shipping to Canada would be at least double that price, then FedEx would add another $40 in brokerage, duties, taxes, and misc fees. :icon14:

I'm not a fan of the R8 either, but next to the Z it's Mrs.GaleForce's favourite car, even more than a Porsche 911 GT3 (my fav) :shakes head:

Yeah, that would be the best. As it stands now, I have a minimum 4 hour one way trip to a Canada/U.S. border :shakes head: It just means that I have to be more savvy with how and where I buy my parts. Having said that, 100% of my parts have be purchased from U.S. based stores.
