I would come home smelling like smoke, and the wife would think I was at a titty bar instead of a cheap motel getting farted on for non sexual purposes.

Exactly.. plus if you came home smelling of fart, she'd just think you drove home with the windows up after having mexican for lunch....

Not to mention the explosive factor with methane gas.

They banned it in all public places here in AZ

**** it's been banned in the east for years. We all just smoke weed now

370Zsteve 11-21-2009 08:24 PM

You can smoke on an Indian reservation (or a casino) out here at any time.

Thought it was just bars/restraunts....?

fullmonty 11-22-2009 01:25 AM

Here in NJ you can only smoke outside, that goes for anywhere. Its nice being able to go to PA and sit in the smoking section of a resturant.

While I believe in everyone's right to smoke, I certainly enjoy going to a restaurant here in Georgia and not having to eat and inhale someone else's smoke at the same time.

Smoking/Non-smoking sections of restaurants are like having a peeing/non-peeing section of a swimming pool.

I couldn't agree more with that analogy. It's not like smoke resides to it's "smoking" only and dares not cross over to the "non-smoking" side. I agree people should have the right to smoke, if they feel, but I do hate eating in places that allow it. I suppose there is an equal argument that I have the right to choose to not eat at a place that allows it.. but luckily I live in NY so it isn't even a concern here.

n November of 2006 the citizens of Arizona made their voices heard by passing the Smoke-Free Arizona Act A.R.S. §36-601.01. This landmark statute prohibits smoking in most enclosed public places and places of employment including (but not limited to):

* Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, or any establishment that serves food
* Office buildings and work areas such as meeting rooms, employee lounges, classrooms, and private offices
* Health care facilities, hospitals, health care clinics, and doctor’s offices
* Company-owned or employer-owned vehicles during working hours if the vehicle is occupied by more than one person
* Enclosed common areas in hotels and motels
* Lobbies, elevators, restrooms, reception areas, halls, stairways, and any other enclosed common-use areas in public and private buildings including condominiums and other multiple-unit residential facilities
* Any place of employment not exempted. Click here to view exemptions.
* Tribes are Sovereign Nations. The Smoke-Free Arizona Act has no application on Indian reservations as defined in A.R.S. §42-3301 (2).
