You can smoke on an Indian reservation (or a casino) out here at any time.

Here in NJ you can only smoke outside, that goes for anywhere. Its nice being able to go to PA and sit in the smoking section of a resturant.

Click here to view exemptions. * Tribes are Sovereign Nations. The Smoke-Free Arizona Act has no application on Indian reservations as defined in A.R.S. §42-3301 (2). |
