Advice: Need to choose my Wedding Band

Hey Guys,

I'm recently engaged and I've been given the choice to choose my own wedding band. I've narrowed down the ring that I want, but I'm having a really hard time deciding if I want it in white, brushed or black tungsten carbide. Problem is, I love all three of them.

Black

Brushed

White

Just to help understand who I am, I'm 25, mature for my age but can be very cooky and random. I love music and a musician. Love fitness, wine and cars. I would personally choose black, as it personally fits me best at this point of my life, but is it eternal? I don't know if I'll like it in 10, 20, 30 years.

What would you choose and why?

Thanks for your help!
David

Congrats! Of those three I think I like the brushed one. Or the white.

One thing to keep in mind is that it might be hard to wash oil or other grime out of these designs when you are working on your car. Just something to think about.

FWIW, a band doesn't have to be forever. You can always change it up in the future.

First, congrats!

They look cool, but it should be something you and your significant other decide on. Not a bunch of sausage on an Internet forum.

Myself, I have a very nice wedding band, but rarely wear it.

1. I'm a C&M Electrician by trade, conductive materials + electricity = not good.
2. It becomes a health and safety concern (getting caught in machinery). If I was behind a desk 100% of the time, I would wear it 100% of the time.

So, I wear my band mostly for special occasions.

Black is "cool" but it's also a bit of a novelty imho. If you want a timeless look that goes with anything, stick with one of the other 2.

lmao. But great opinions and feeback!

Thanks for the congrats! The black just looks sick, it's glossy on the sides but matte down the center. But will I like sick in 10 years?

The white is very classic, looks great on the finger. The brushed is more modern, and I've seen this on more recent married guys.

I have an appointment in 3 hours to order it with my fiancee. So tough!

Cool! Let us know what you decided on.

My fiance was concerned that the black didn't really look like a wedding band. After trying on the white again, it was a little blingy for me so we order the brushed.

As a female, good choice on the brushed! Congrats on the engagement!

This is true. I went from a black with carbon fiber one to not wearing one at all lol. And not just because I didnt like the feel of it. :tiphat:
