Dont cook it enough? I know when I make pasta sometimes I underboil it and its still hard. :ugh2:

Salmon smoked on cedar on the grill with lemon pepper dry rub. Plus asparagus pan seared in olive oil and garlic, and a bottle of Norton Red.

So I carmalized Yellow onion in a pan again...Some sugar, some soy sauce..

Then i steamed the string beans and then stir fried them with oil and soy sauce..getting them brown.

Then i diced and fried some pork chop pieces until they were kinda crunchy on the outside..

Then put them all together for a while.....Man more food that taste like candy..

I should have taken a picture..It looked like high end restaurant food..

Tasted great...I am a better investor and cook than a mechanic, that is for sure..

You can never go wrong with Ribs or a good Steak...
