Well thats about 1/3 lb of fish and 1 1/2 cups of the side dish....so yes it's a proper portion, but no worries because I destroyed that effort by going back for more! :rofl2:

Made a couple of NY Strips tonight that were so thick they had to be seared in the sides as well. This along with a mushroom/onion sauce, baked potatoes and fresh corn on the cob!

Had jerk mahi tacos for lunch yesterday.
Tonight we had marinated chicken breast kebabs with corn on the cob and a salad with (amongst other things) sweet peppers and sunflower seeds. :yum: |
