the fifth element is one of those movies that if you look at the sum of all the parts, you would think it's freakin' terrible. but somehow, it ended up being so genuine (and so different) that it worked. it's one of my all time fav's tho i know parts of it are stupid and annoying. i guess the good parts just far outweigh the bad ones
