Parked the Z, brought out the Mustang 5.1....
 

Yup. RoZy is parked for the winter so I had to pull out the winter beast. Nothing like driving the 5.1 in the snow!
What do you mean you've never heard of a 5.1? Why it's the 5spd + reverse transmission in the V6 Pony car of course! :roflpuke2:
All kidding aside, I really like this car! Fully loaded 07 with leather seats with heat! Lot's of fun to drive! It's my daughter's car, but she doesn't like to drive it in winter so she trades me for my front wheel drive beater. Winning! :icon17:

I've driven a V6 Mustang's in the snow, with the snow tires on they weren't bad at all, pretty fun actually.

They are pretty good in snow with the skinny all seasons if you have weight over the rear. Just don't drive it in ice. Don't ask me how I know. ;)

Let me guess.... came cruising into the driveway, slid sideways and ended up parked under the deck..... lol



PS: I hate the open diff on this thing....

Even a nice Eaton for the 8.8" diffs is only $450 or so.

I had To stop looking! Stuff is cheap, but I have to save for Z mods!!
