A few months ago, I had this employee totally argue with me in a meeting. It wasn't that he was wrong per se, he was just going off of a very old policy, and we had updated it several times since then. What made it memorable is that he just wouldn't listen to reason, and was insanely defensive on his position.

Fast forward a couple months, he walks into an interview panel for a supervisory position, and guess who the lead interviewer was :icon17:
