/\ BRZ and FRS are identical currently in performance no? Or are you assuming turbo STI version. Then if so, I agree, I'll take the turbo ver over the s/c'd 'yota.

The BRZ has some performance oriented features that the FR-S doesn't. I just remember the limited slip diff as one, but I don't remember the others.

Are you sure, I swear I remember reading that the FRS also had options for rear seat delete, real LSD etc etc. Or maybe I'm confusing the two since they always get written about together.

I remember reading the opposite. I think they come with the limited version of the BRZ.

Well in that case, whichever one comes with all the track oriented stuff is the one I'd want. If they both do, then I prefer the looks of the FRS. If they come out wiht TRD s/c'd and STI turbo versions, then I'll take the turbo, but seriously consider eht s/c just for teh linear power delivery etc.

this reminds me of the WRX launch back in the early 2k's, they came out with a WRX and it was good, everyone got all excited, then a year later they bring over the STi version. i'm excited to see the FR-S but i think i'd rather wait for the "hopped up" version to emerge...

i remember my friend got one of the first WRX's when we were in high school and put a bunch of money into it: suspension, wheels, bolt ons, interior goodies, etc. after it was all said and done, he could have just waited a year and paid a little more money and gotten the STi and had more power and maintained warranty
